Once we receive your information, we’ll provide a detailed quote and confirm availability.
Upon acceptance, your shoot date is secured.

PREPARE & CAPTURE

Ahead of your shoot, you’ll receive a detailed preparation guide to ensure your property is camera-ready.

This includes guidance on:
• Decluttering
• Styling & finishing touches
• Lighting preparation
• Outdoor areas

On the day of the shoot, we professionally photograph your space, focusing on light, flow, composition, and the features that elevate its value.

EDIT & DELIVER

After the shoot, each image is carefully edited for colour accuracy, balance, and overall impact, ensuring your property is presented at its absolute best.

Final images are delivered within 24–72 hours, depending on workload and project scale.

You’ll receive:
• Professionally edited, high-resolution images
• A private Google Drive download link
• Market-ready photographs formatted for your listing or marketing needs

Final imagery is released once payment has been received.
